This one my mom made today. 1 can italian diced tomatoes. 1 tbsp red wine vinegar. 1 Cook Torteillini in broth. 2 After 5 minutse add tomatoes, beans and basil. 3 Continue to simmer until tortellini is tender, add vinegar.
